The buzz going round is that Javier Bardem has been offered a big role for Bond 23. Could he be playing evil Bond villain Rachel Weisz? Perhaps he'll be 007's first male love interest? Possible clashes with The Dark Tower notwithstanding, I think it's obvious who Javier Bardem has been asked to play: none other than Major Boothroyd himself...

 

Javier Bardem will be Q. You heard it here first.
